Perfect location and charming place! We went to the rooftop bar and it was lovely! Walked to dinner and enjoyed the area. Charming room! I loved the postcard they gave us too!

Der hot tub war während unseres zweitägigen Aufenthalts außer Betrieb - das war sehr schade, weil es für uns keinen offensichtlichen Grund dafür gab - angebliche Reinigungsarbeiten am hot tub sollten grundsätzlich außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten durchgeführt werden.

Since the breakfast was complimentary, I really can't complain about it too much. However, I would have like to see more variety in pastry's. The selection was rather slim in my opinion. The selection of juices was nice.
The hotel entrance is not marked too well. There is ample parking, but no directions how to get to the parking area. I had to ask the front desk clerk for the WiFi password. We did not have a coffee maker in our room, I don't know if this is standard for the hotel.

The Parq was a wonderful place for our short getaway. The accommodations are the best. We loved seeing all the decorated Christmas trees. So nice to have the breakfast room available again. Our compliments to the chef for the chile and bacon frittata and the cookie scones!

24 HOUR HOT TUB ACCESS, FACILITY IS VERY NICE, AREA FELT SAFE, AND LOVE THE DOG RUN.
BED WAS LUMPY AND PILLOW AND MATTRESS COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER. QUALITY OF MATTRESS WAS POOR. PARKING DURING A WEDDING EVENT WAS DIFFICULT I HAD TO PARK ON STREET. AND I WAS TOLD THAT FEW BLOCKS FROM HOTEL WAS VERY UNSAFE SO I WAS A BIT RELUNCTANT. OTHERWIDE STAY WAS GREAT. NOTE**AREA FELT SAFE ENOUGH INSPITE OF IT BEING SO CLOSE TO DOWNTOWN.

Beautiful grounds w grassed area for our dog. Inviting patio and sunroom. Nice, thick towels, bath robes. Appreciated the security of the property. Rooftop lounge excellent!
Large permanent stain in the room’s carpet. First morning - ran out of most breakfast items (short staffed; those on hand were doing the best they could).

Breakfast was OK but not fantastic - very industrial style, but with the quiches as a little extra. The rooftop bar was an excellent place to enjoy a drink in the afternoon sun. Staff was friendly and helpful.
The noise from the nearby highway was quite loud. When the roof top bar was closed Sunday, there was no in-dining opportunities.

car got broken into and completely destroyed inside and they could do nothing for me, that was lovely

Loved the Apothecary Bar and restaurant and the server was attentive even with it being New Year’s Eve.
The traffic noise was so loud we maybe got 4-5 hrs of sleep. The front desk double booked our room and around 9pm, we heard someone trying to get in our room!
