Very friendly and helpful staff. Spacious and comfortable room. Simple breakfast, but exceeded expectations. Will definitely stay here again if in the area.

Dirty whirlpool hair on spread and in tub food on floor the refrigerator wasn't cold.

Staff- when checking in was not helpful for several issues we had. Refused my request to have our two rooms together and had us on separate floors. Charged me twice. several other issues.

My guest that was with me had a necklace jeans and boots stolen. He was unable to obtain them due to an emergency before check out and him and I have called multiple times to see if the belongings were turned in and they claim they do not have them.

I had a problem with my first room: first night. The day staff was very accommodating in getting me out of the room I had a problem with.
My first room had some sort of stale smell coming from the air conditioner. It’s caused some problems for me but the staff did try to make it right. Night time check in was not the greatest as far as customer service. He was rude and condescending.
