Very nice accomidations for the price. Very quiet and super friendly staff ready to help if you need assistance. The room was very clean and comfortable.

I can't think of anything that I did not like. My stay was very comfortable and relaxing.

The staff was very friendly. The rooms were very clean and had a wonderful breakfast buffet.

Wi-Fi and personal phone and internet barely got a signal.

location was perfect for us. very nice staff and very helpful. was planning on staying one night but had to extend another day. they made it easy for us and got to stay in the same room. very pleased.

Either a friend or family member of staff had kid running around (with another kid, possibly their own) making noise late into the night/early morning (running hallways hollering & stomping loudly on floors), playing on luggage carts inside the lobby and in parking lot preventing guests from using while they brought in several loads of laundry to wash utilizing the hotels laundry (not guest laundry). (Staff member even told them they had brought in too much stuff when they complained that I took the cart away from their kid so I could cart my belongings to my room) I went to restroom around 11:30 pm and observed movement out of the corner of my eye…it was a baby cockroach crawling on the tissue dispenser. I have video of this prior to my squishing with tissue and flushing! All concerns were communicated when I checked out this morning.

Small parking lot for a big motel..Only 1 washer and dryer for the whole motel..

it was clean, attractive, and in a convenient location. The staff was courteous and helpful. rooms were nice.

Our room faced an unpaved, un-landscaped area, but the view was not the issue. The hotel is in a relatively high traffic area, which gave me some concern about my car sitting in the lot. I am aware that cars left in open lots at hotels are frequent targets of burglars (or thieves) and removed all valuables, but it IS always a risk. I would have loved to be able to look out my window and see it in the lot. An acceptable alternative would have been to park it under a light in the existing lot, but there were very few lights in the parking lot (though there were more in the handicapped parking area.) Ultimately I just found the best spot I could and crossed my fingers. All turned out well

Great location the one in lake Jackson had a ceiling fan this one did not that's why I bring my own

Getting tired of not having enough water pressure to take a shower last weekend in lake Jackson did not either
