I am requesting a full refund! The hotel was working off of a generator and the 3rd floor room they gave me did not have air conditioning. The lights would flicker and not stay on. The hallway was dark as hell. I had to use my phone light. I asked for a flashlight or battery operated fan and they looked and sounded frustrated with me. I went to my room and immediately went back to the front desk and checked out. I asked for my money to be refunded on my credit card. They said booking.com has to do it.

Relativ nah gelegen am Flughafen.
Alles vollständig in die Jahre gekommen und von Erholung oder Wohlfühlen absolut weit entfernt.
Die Mitarbeitenden waren unfreundlich, wenig gesprächig und wirkten schlecht gelaunt.
Das Frühstück war sehr einfach und gegessen wurde von Papptellern.

The breakfast was amazing, the staff, super friendly, and the shuttle experience to the airport was awesome. We are from Erie and travel through Cleveland a lot. I i feel that my car is in a very safe area and will be as I left it when i get back. It was very easy to get to the airport.

I booked it because it had a pool. The pool was being remodeled, though, so it wasn't available to use. That should have been made more clear.

The shuttle to the airport was great. The woman driving the van was extremely nice, which is something you don't get too much of these days. Lots of hospitality and good service she provided through the shuttle
The beds could have been just a little softer. Great value for being that close to the airport.

The location was nice and seemed to have a lot of things to do around the area. We were close to where we needed to be the morning after our stay.
The lobby entrance was in a weird location of the building, it was on the side so very hard to park to unload and check in. The linens were not clean and when I asked for new, they were heavily stained. The bathroom floor was very sticky and when I cleaned it, the white washcloth was dark brown. The mini fridge wasn’t cold. Our window was “painted” so we couldn’t see out and there was a fruit snack wrapper on the sill.
There was a weird mat type thing at the bottom of the tub.

house keeping staff was loud and for someone that works nights and tries to sleep during the day, it was hard to rest.

There were flies in the freezer, a blood stain on the curtain, and stains on the bed

What worked well is that we booked it near midnight for an arrival between midnight and 1:00 am. We were able to go to bad immediately after a long day waiting for our flight to be completed. The woman working in the breakfast room went out of her way to help us get breakfast after the scheduled time had ended less than 8 hours after we arrived.
We had almost no opportunity to observe the amenities offered.
