Staff was very nice, food was good & barstaff friendly, RAMADA INVEST SOME MONEY IN THIS HOTEL &UPDATE IT !!! The guests & hotel staff deserve better from your company!!!!

Lobby is sort of remodeled but unfinished, rooms in serious need of updating, it could be very nice if the franchise cared about it, looks like the staff is trying to do their jobs but need more to work with

The building is being renovated, causing dust in the air. My daughter has asthma which flaired. We had to change rooms due to the outlet by the si k not working. I requested queen beds, got double. Rooms were smaller than expected.

Too much to list: breakfast—no milk for cereal, no butter or cream cheese for bagels or toast, no coffee, no fruit room was rundown with stained and torn carpets and filthy bathtub and shower curtain back area was sketchy; I did not feel safe

I usually have something positive to say or post. Displeased and I do feel scammed. I was charged twice for one night. Booking charge showed 70.02. I was actually charged 70.50. I stayed one night/one room with two charges of 70.50. I’ve called the property twice and have been informed it is a security deposit and I’ll get reimbursed. I’ve checked out Saturday AM on 29th of April. Today is now Tuesday. I would assume that house keeping has entered the room and found the room to be in tact. WHY AM I CHARGED TWICE FOR A SECURITY DEPOSIT WHEN THERE WAS NO COMMUNICATION OR SIGNAGE OR LISTING ON BOOKING OF A “deposit.”

One of the beds wasn't clean, the toilet didn't flush, the tap fell of the sink.

It was close to the airport. And to dining.

I have called the Wyndham Ramada customer service line to let them know how poor this facility was. I am waiting for a call back. I do not recommend this place at all. Dirty, no coffee, cream or sugar for coffee pot. no Shampoo or conditioner. No soap for shower. No water glass or ice bucket. And, they won't bring any of these to you. If you are not first inline for breakfast you only get what is left. Ramada used to be a go to place.

The lobby was very nice.

The smoke detector was in a drawer and where it should have been on the wall there were just wires coming out. The sheets were dirty with stains and strands of black hair. The towels were stained with strands of black hair on them. The TV remote was nowhere to be found. You couldn't use the freezer because it had so much ice in it. There was no room except to put three ice packs. Overall the room was dirty.

Just enough was done to keep this place open, I'd say it was your typical hotel fun by people of India decent. If you've stayed at one of their hotels you know what I mean. And what they served the next morning wouldn't qualify as breakfast.
