Staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. Clean room. Hotel was very nice, clean and in a great location near supermarket, gas stations, restaurants/ fast food places, pharmacy, etc.

Breakfast was always empty and we had to wait a long time. Children running around knocking on our door several times until I told the front desk and they handled it. There were no hot water but once reported, we were immediately switched to a bigger room with hot water.

Check in process was a disaster..the agent needs some training in customer service and software

The rooms they gave us haven’t been cleaned. When they finally gave me a good room the shower was so slippery. Wholes In The office chairs. Charged $10 just to get a cup of apple juice

The rates for the room was very reasonable.

When I arrived to the hotel, both of the receptionists were sitting at the dining room table on their cell phones and engaging in a conversation. They did approach me after I came to the front desk and greeted them. When I told him my name, he began to laugh and say that he has been having this problem all day that customers room are not available. He explained that one room was damaged and not operable, the other room was dirty and the last room was being occupied. He said that a different type of room was available and I told him that I would prefer to cancel my reservation. He explained to me that he could not cancel the reservation despite the room that I reserved being unavailable. I called booking and guest relations and from there guest relations promptly refunded my money as the service that I paid for was not available. The receptionists was not helpful at addressing our concerns or trying to rectify the situation. We drove a while to get to location and he did not even apologize for the major inconvenience of not having our property ready and notifying us that it was no longer available although they knew “all day” that people reservations were no longer available despite being booked in advanced. Very poor customer service. It didn’t bother me that they were dressed in sweats and laughing on their cell phones the whole time but it did bother me the awful service that I received. I would not recommend this place to anybody!!!!

We have stayed at this Holiday Inn several times. It is close to my daughter. The rooms are always clean the staff is friendly, and we have never had an issue. It is our hotel of choice.

The hotel is super clean, beds are comfortable and the room is a nice size. Its priced right and right off of 95.

The advertised heated pool was closed for the entire stay.

Paid ahead of time on Booking.com. and then when we checked in at the hotel and they put the normal $50 hold on our card, they charged us and extra $128 aka the price of the room.

Staff was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Room was spacious and clean, bed was comfortable, slept well. Nice lounge area with tables for meals and a bar. What little food I had there was good. The stay was quite pleasant.

Only one thing negative was my tv signal was terrible. It would pause, try to reconnect, then was fine for a few minutes sometimes, then spent another minute reconnecting. Really made it impossible to watch anything.
