We had a good, predictable breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable. We liked the size and design of the room.
The new parking fees and the hard to navigate payment system. We've stayed here before and never had parking fees. The current system is not user friendly. We had to get help from staff.

The bed / mattress is comfortable. Clean room
Bathroom is old and could use an update. Breakfast quality is not on par with other Hampton Inns I have been to. They even charged for parking.

I was charged for parking spot, while this was not clearly documented in the purchase agreement. Feels kind of like a lemon.

The bed was comfortable along with pillows and cotton sheets.
The hallway had a toxic nauseating smell. I think it was coming from an over exhausted ice machine that was noisy and hot. Likely needs to be replaced but the fumes it puts out are toxic

Amazing how quiet it was... Very relaxing and very clean. The staff was amazing! The breakfast and seating areas were wonderful. A variety of choices for breakfast and all very well displayed! Not the typical hotel setup.
How dated it was. And AC in the room was LOUD!

The room had a coffee maker, that didn't work and there was no hot water in shower 😳 the whole time we stayed.
