The property was really clean.
For the price, I stayed from Saturday night till Monday morning. $478. And it was the most uncomfortable bed. The bed is hard and the pillows, even though they look fluffy they go completely thin flat when you lay on them. The front desk staff was amazing so if I were to come back, they are solely the reason why. Me and my family did enjoy the indoor pool.

No TV Guide available in the room you have to scan something and download it to your phone and I don't know how to do that. The ice bucket had existing ice water in it that was warm leftover and smelled. The breakfast here is less than satisfactory the only thing I found appealing was the orange juice and the coffee.

The breakfast was one of the best I’ve had and very comfortable seating and eating areas, everyone was very friendly and helpful. The place is keep very clean.

Strong chemical cleaner smell in room when we walked into room. We had to switch rooms. The staff was very helpful. Found out that carpets have to be cleaned if a pet was in the room recently. Mattress was hard and uncomfortable. We have stayed here before and sometimes we have a comfortable mattress and sometimes we don't. We have stayed at this hotel for 3 years and I hate to complain but the property seems to be declining .

The rooms were moist and damp, no matter how low the AC was set. The bathroom did not have a fan in it so it steams up the room when you take a shower. There were no hooks or bars to hang towels from in the bathroom. The breakfast was edible but not great. All of the trash cans in the hotel have weirdly small openings, so throwing anything larger than a paper cup away is a pain - for example, the plates that you get breakfast on do not fit through the opening of the trash cans in the breakfast area, so you have to fold them and end up getting food all over your hands.

If they had put us on the first floor. We have a 2 year old and the people under us complained about the noise. He has a lot of energy. Maybe next time we will request to be put on the first floor. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay.

Pillows too soft. Needed to use 3 at a time. Breakfast was almost empty at 8am. Too far from where i needed to be.
