We were welcomed from your friendly staff. The lady at the front desk was very nice and informative. The guy working at night helped us out with more towels for the leak from the AC/heater. Then the next morning when we checked out we were greeted by the same lady that checked us in. We explained our experience and what issues we had. She apologized and lowered our total due for the room. We weren't expecting anything but just wanted to make her aware of the issues in the room.

The location was good but we had some issues in our room. Our AC/heater was leaking and we found a puddle when we got back from dinner. Then there was no maintenance guy at night to come fix it. So then we couldn't run our air for the rest of our stay. Plus our room was close by the back exit door and it slammed all night long with people walking outside. Our room was a decent size but we just experienced some flaws.

I liked the breakfast

remodeling and doors were very loud and heard neighbors slamming their door for hours. I also prepaid on booking for room and they charged me again so I’ve paid 2 times on my checking account for 1 night.🙁

Comfortable, spacious room. Nice breakfast.

Great hard working. quality staff. Exceptional. Just an old outdated property. Bad ventation and air to cold or to hot. Should fog out windows. Ugly view. But wow! Staff sold me on property. Such quality service. Great leaning crew.

everything was great except the parking. seems like there should be more spaces but not sure how they would accomplish that since they are already quite tight.

ive stayed at other hamptons and the breakfast had more options for breakfast , norco only has scrammbled eggs and sausage. others have had that plus bacon and potatoes .

I didnt like the locacation the building was side ways on the property with houses fronts porches facing the parking lot , -weird- the hotel just wasnt as grand as the others that ive stayed at
