My son got chemical burns on his skin from the pool being unregulated with too much chlorine and when I spoke to the owner about the problem (it also turned my black swimsuit gray), he told me it wasn’t his fault and the amenities are at our own risk.

There was a refrigerator in the room.
They charge your credit card for any dirt in the room, we were pretty shocked about that! We went hiking that day and we were paranoid that we could be charged.
The breakfast food was not replenished and there was no staff around to get help. The syrup canister was empty and there was no fruit and all the tables were dirty.
The staff was not friendly.

The staff was very friendly also very attentive. Also rooms were very clean and neat .The pool as well as the spa was the final touch to our stay with you guys.Looking forward to our next stay.
Shower felt small and made a whistling sound the whole time when on but all in all it was a 5 star stay .

It had a good value that night and the room was just right
The hall got loud a few times and there was an old cobweb in the corner up high but overall the room was clean

The receptionist was so nice at the check-in, we felt really welcomed. She also provided us with an iron. The breakfast was moderate but good (especially the waffels). The parking space was quite big, we had no trouble findig a spot. There is also a pool and hot tub. The bed was very comfortable!

Breakfast was not even average. Selection wasn’t great , felt cheap. Bed were comfortable but sheets had some stains. Toiletries were below average.

The pillows were too high for me, another thing that I personally didn’t was that the lights in room weren’t warm

We stayed here for one night and visited Zion from here. Zion is close enough to get a good parking spot in the national park without the need to get up too early.
