Room was not clean at all during our stay , not even garbage was removed from the room. When we requested cleanup service , staff did not attend or care about our needs. Breakfast options were very limited and not enough seating space. Staff in general was not helpful and didn’t even ask about our stay during checkout.

Very clean and the staff was very kind. Only complaint was the pool was freezing (which they were actively working on) and the bar was out of everything. We have slept on more comfortable beds but they were not bad. Over all I would definitely recommend this hotel.

It was a nice and clean environment, the breakfast was good, and the pool was warm.

There was no thermostat. So we couldn't control our heat, so it was a little chilly. The tv didn't work.

Pet policy (we had dogs next door barking all night long). Therefore, we missed breakfast because we overslept. Weren't too fond of the thin walls (no privacy). We could hear everything in the halls, in rooms across the hall and in neighboring rooms. Our room phones DID NOT work. Thank GOD for cell phones.

The hotel was great for the money, very nice facility and friendly staff. I liked that they offered drinks and meals on site (small bar with meal options).

The bathroom door was a bit awkward, you had to almost get into the shower to close the door. Tight space but spacious shower.

The breakfasts were great. I don’t eat breakfast but my kids loved it, both the variety and the preparation. The rooms were large and comfortable. The heat worked well. The front desk staff was very helpful and pleasant. The lobby area was always clean and attractive.

Bathrooms The showers are the absolute worst! They leak all over the floor - it took the bath mat and a bath towel to mop it up each time - and the overspray goes all over the wood door, too. Also the shower head was really bad - you could have a single narrow jet or a wide spray with no pressure at all. The toilet paper was so cheap and thin, it disintegrates on contact. We had to go buy toilet paper for our rooms. The bathroom light and the fan are on one switch and the fan is super loud. It would’ve been nice to be able to have the light on without the fan; we just (mostly) didn’t close the door so we didn’t have to turn on the light and listen to that fan. We can't say anything about housekeeping for the rooms - we stayed there four nights and never saw them.
