Slept through breakfast, not much of a morning person

Lack of vegetarian options

I liked the hotel.the room was spacious and clean

I don't like the way they handled a semi- emergency situation that happened the day of check out. I was staying with 3 family members because we were in town for a bridal shower and we were already in need of a late check out to get ready which the manager had given us. During breakfast, we lost complete power of electricity throughout the building and entire area with an indefinite amount of time before it would return. The staff was not very helpful about it and didn't seemed to concerned more or less leave early or if you stay when it comes on you have about a half hour to get the heck out of here.One of the family members was disabled and on oxygen and we were unable to get back upstairs because the elevators down. Again, we were here for a bridal shower so we needed to shower and look nice, we weren't just going home. We ended up leaving the hotel and going somewhere else to get ready. I realize the hotel had no control of the power but had no generator and no emergency lights in hallways or stairways and we had to walk up to the 2nd floor and carry everything down, including an oxygen concentrator and all of our stuff in the dark. What started out as a great stay at a nice hotel ended very disappointing.

I asked for A receipt and was told booked with third party get your receipt from them

The whole place smelled like cigarettes. The room was dingy and the door frame was damaged. The front desk employee was rude and non helpful.

Nice layout, breakfast area, room & price. We were very happy with this hotel, just everything we needed. We were in Kenosha to attend a funeral & this hotel was very nice.

Felt singled out and targeted the moment my husband and I walked in made us very uncomfortable didn't even enjoy my valentine's day
