Breakfast was very limited and cold. Similar hotels have a better variety by adding a waffle maker and packaged yogurt. Because, the packaged yogurt gives them the ability to have several flavors without adding significant cost.

The in-room TV options could be better. You have a limited choice of channels and options.

The room is huge with extra space for sofa and tables, like a suit. Nearby are restaurants, bus stops and the Space needle :-) It provided breakfast.

The breakfast for me was good but too American. The entrance from the bus stop is a bit hidden.

The staff was great in overcoming the elevator issue with departing customers with a graceful attitude.

Only one elevator was available, during our stay & then no elevator on our departure.

The staff was great. Very friendly & accommodating to our early arrival after our cruise.

Breakfast was good with a nice assortment.

Only 1 elevator was working with 9 floors of guests and 2 cruise ships in port. Upwards of Twenty minute waits for an elevator. Should be ashamed. Pool was non-existent, padlocked and drained of water. I spoke to 3 different staff members to arrange transportation to and from the cruise port. My family was marked down for our return. Thankfully I confirmed 5 minutes before leaving on a cruise because I was then told they can’t arrange transportation and my party of 8 would have been stranded at the pier on our return. No clue how to run a hotel.

We could smell some one smoking Marijuana in the hall or somewhere, when we were in our room.

I was charged $700 for a room when the rest of my group members were only charged $300. I booked months in advance. I felt it was price gouging and I was definitely scammed

Location was fantastic!! Neighborhood was great, so many cool places around and right next to the city center.

Safe, bright, clean, modern and upscale while still efficient and reasonably cost effective.

No hot water and when I mentioned it to the front desk during checking out the eh was like yeah we know we are working on it. Rude staff at checkout. Room door would not open correctly as it would scrape the floor and get stuck right where the toilet was at.

Could not change which credit card to use for payment, aß i wanted a different card used to thst of what was required or initial reservation.

It was very quietness. It was great to stay there

The location is great. Easy walking distance to Space Needle, Chihuly Garden and Glass, and the Monorail to downtown.

I question the cleaning of the rooms. When we arrived, the toilet hadn’t been flushed!! On the third day we requested full service cleaning (they don’t service unless you ask…), but the trash wasn’t emptied and not enough towels left. Breakfast was mediocre at best. The cold options were OK, but the “hot” offerings were not hot. The eggs were like rubber and the pancakes were stiff as a board. The waffles were just frozen toaster waffles. The French toast was good, but cold.

The location of the hotel was great as we were from out of town and wanted to be close to all of the tourist attractions. Walking distance to the space needle and MoPOP. Could also walk to the market but it’s a hike! Uber was only $10 to get from the hotel to the market.

Staff seemed a bit disorganized. When we checked in we were looking for a trolly as we had a ton of luggage and the front desk lady couldn’t get a hold of maintenance to locate one. As we were about to get on the elevator someone from maintenance arrived with a trolley and proceeded to get mad at the front desk attendant, it just wasn’t professional and we felt like a burden when we had just arrived after a 7 hours drive. Also, the hotel was advertised to have a pool/hot tub which was one of the reasons we actually chose the hotel we did. After checking in we called down to the front desk to ask which floor the pool was on, we were told they no longer had a pool. Again after a very long drive and expecting to relax in the hot tub we were EXTREMELY disappointed. We won’t be staying here again we just didn’t feel welcomed and it was not as advertised.
