IT'S A NICE SPOT EATERIES AND SHOPPING IS REALLY CLOSE WALKING DISTANT THEY HAVE EVERY KIND OF STORES AND PLACES TO EAT
WHAT I DIDN'T LIKE YOU GUYS HAD NO CONTROL OVER AND THAT WAS THE WEATHER IT WAS REALLY HOT. BUT THE AIR CONDITIONER WAS ON POINT. THE SWIMMING POOL WAS OPEN AND YOU COULD SIT OUT THERE UNDER THE UMBRELLA AND THAT WAS GREAT.

The huge bath tub
The coffee was nasty and breakfast wasn’t hitting on anything. The young kids on our floor smoking pot. The whole floor smelt like it.

Change linen and pillow cases. I had to spray everything down with Lysol before I would lay down.

TV poor quality poor reception. Breakfast sausage not cooked enough, scrambled eggs horrible. One toaster with long lines waiting when toast finally came out not toasted. Coffee in the rooms those bags horrible.

My accommodations were amble, other family members had problems with ants and water temperature.
Ice machine on 3rd floor was not serviceable.

Near shopping
Room had ant infestation, comforter had stains, toilet had urine when it filled up after flushing. Front desk stated we would have to leave room for 4hrs to exterminate room.

The hospitality of the staff was great. The gym was fantastic. The location is also good.
The tub was not draining properly, but after I raised the issue, it was resolved. The tub tap is a bit tough to handle, unable to adjust it to our needs. Too much water flows.

The front desk customer service person did not explain the hours for the continental breakfast.

I like that the Front desk staff is really helpful and they try as best as they can to achieve excellence. I enjoy the breakfast is hot every morning! All the guests are there just enjoying their families or friend or a quiet moment alone.
The only thing we really had a small issue with was a minor error that was easily fixed when asked. Also, the parking lot seems a little small, maybe some kind of expansion is needed.
