We did not have breakfast there.

The room was stark and the lighting (blue/white like florescent) was cold lighting, even by the bed. The towels were old and thin and I would have used them for rags at home, maybe. The heater made a very loud noise when you tried to use it. That noise would have kept us from sleeping or even thinking! The bathroom fan was also very loud and there was no trash can near the toilet. There was no table and chairs in the room either, but a large gaping space where one should have been. The staff great. They were kind and responsive when we asked for an extra blanket because we couldn't use the heater and great when we complained in the morning. The desk clerk immediately go the manager on the phone without being asked to do so. The manager gave us a refund for the second. night as we had already paid for two nights but were NOT staying for the second night.

The room decor was miserable: all grey with dark blue accents; grey floors (no carpet); no bedside tables/plug-ins on the outer edges of the beds; could not adjust water flow in shower, which wasted a lot of water and couldn't be turned down

The room was more spacious than expected. The buffet-style breakfast provided was also good considering the price I paid for it plus the room, and the location is convenient for heading out to Lake Mendocino!

Bathtub appeared a little dirty. Location is not convenient for people who prefer to have a hotel closer to downtown or shopping areas (which I do not care about but just putting it there for those who do).

I didn’t like anything about the property. the people there are trash. I don’t know why Indians get to come to our country and tell us where we can’t stay. customer service sucks. I recommend staying elsewhere or they’ll treat you like cr*p for no reason at all. trash hotel
