It was clean comfortable and good breakfast.

Breakfast very diverse, something for everyone.
Eggs were sometimes cold. Long line for waffles. People not spraying the waffle makers, waffles getting stuck and having to be scraped. Put up a sign to spray.

Pet fee was undisclosed on booking even though I put that I was bringing a dog. Make sure you add $75 to whatever it says the room will cost you online. We left after night one as it wasn’t very nice especially for the price / off season.

Liked size of room and breakfast
Large heavy entry doors banging all night when opened by other guests. Toilet valve would not reset water always running. Shower valve would not shut off water always running. Rained each day we were there carpet by slider door all wet.

The Breakfast was good, great variety of items, fruit yogurt, savory, sweet, coffee, tea, juices all includes. I also liked the warm chocolate chip cookies at the reception and the convenient store for your every day needs.

Complimentary breakfast with plenty of options. Indoor pool. Hotel employees very nice. Room was a good size and bathroom also was a great size. Room came with a microwave as well as a fridge.
Would have liked a water view from our room, but i should have specified that, i think ,so thats on me. Other than that i honestly don't have any complaints.

Walkable to beach. Quiet area. Easy parking. Bed was comfortable.
Breakfast was a bit boring. Same stuff you get at every hotel. The room had peeling paint and water spots on the ceiling. The tub was rusted, and the screen door was completely off its track. Staors to beach wefe covered in sand, making them dangerous. A bit far away from attractions.

Upkeep of facility (rust all inside the room), general cleanliness of rooms (housekeeping only brought us towels each day), screen door was broken when we arrived, water pressure very low, mediocre breakfast

I liked everything, good service, good breakfast, the beach is in front and you don't need the car to go out, everything is very clean and has all the necessary services to have an excellent time. quick check in and check out. I congratulate you.

I was genuinely disappointed with the hotel. For the price we paid, I expected better.
* Breakfast was good, and the staff was friendly even though most did not speak English.
* The two rooms we had did have working air conditioning. The sheets and towels seemed clean. Housekeeping was friendly, but you needed someone to interpret if you had a question.
* We enjoyed having the beach so close to the hotel.
* We liked that there were several pools.
Things we DID NOT LIKE
* CHECK-IN Wow! I have never had a bad check-in until now. The gentleman that checked us in was so matter of fact that we DID NOT have a reservation, even when I showed him the Booking.com confirmation. He said, oh, well, that is not OUR confirmation, so NOPE...NO ROOM. That right there will make sure I NEVER book with Booking.com again. If these two systems do not communicate well, I don't need the drama. Finally, he did find one room and said YOUR last name is wrong. Even though I was looking at my Booking.com and it had the correct name. I asked if we could get the connecting rooms, and he said no, but they could do side-by-side. I said that was fine. He finally said, OKAY. Here is your room. I said we have two rooms. He said, NOPE...NO Second room. I explained that we just talked about side by side, and he said Nope, No Second room listed. If it had not taken us 5 1/2 hours to get there, I would have told him to forget it. Finally, he said OH, there is a room in someone else's name. Which was my son-in-law. Finally, he gave me the second set of keys, said the rooms were on the second floor down that way. Then he looked past me and asked if he could help the next person. No welcome to the hotel, breakfast is at ... Nothing!
To wrap up the negative experience, my husband fussed at me because I did not make better plans.
* Breakfast was packed unless you went very early in the morning.
*The two rooms we had 249 and 251 were run down. I have taken several photos because I will send them to the general manager.
The worst concern I had was the railing on the balcony for room 249 was loose and pitched forward if you leaned on it.
In both rooms, if the air conditioning were not running, the room would smell. We found out that pets were allowed in the rooms, so that might be from prior occupants.
Other guests that had pets would allow their animals to bark, which became very annoying.
The sheets and towels seemed clean but smelled heavily of bleach. Both my adult daughter and husband ended up with a rash, and we cannot understand why, except that the pool water and/or towels and sheets had a chemical smell.
The bathtub was chipped in two places in room 251.
The bathtub faucets in both rooms leaked and there was absolutely no water pressure.
The carpet in both rooms was loose.
The tile in room 251 was stained.
The balcony paint was peeling for room 249.
Room 251 had an ant problem. The front desk staff did ask maintenance to spray and they were gone.
*The beach access was covered in sand so high that you could not even see the steps. This was another primary concern because you could easily slip and hurt yourself.
