The breakfast needed to be kept warmer.

Everyone was fantastic. The washer and dryer was not working and I needed to do laundry so I had to find a laundromat. I didn’t like having to spend time looking for a laundry and I just had to wait until I got to Florida to do it at the hotel.

Same as above. Need all facilities to work properly when people are on the road.

The cleaning staff were the best of my experience.

How to address customers at the the front desk. Customers should not be addressed as "dude, man or any other term used only address by Sir or ma'am or by their name no matter their color or race. You should not be addressed as dude or man just because you think that a particular culture communicates like that.

Room clean and very comfortable. Staff was courteous, helpful and personable.

Booking.com approved my free cancellation fee due to i am a healthcare worker at Decatur morgan hospital and travel to see family and got diagnosed with Covid the morning before my check in. Fees have been withdrawn from my account with 0 reimbursement. I use this hotel frequently for its location and quality for family visits but will no longer use this location or ANY Hampton Hilton locations NOR will i recommend or refer this company to ANYONE and will make sure the community is aware.

The staff was very welcoming and nice. and the room was super clean. I will be booking again when I come back to town.

Staff were super friendly

We chose not to do breakfast at the hotel. Although renovation was going on I felt coffee could have been served in lobby as Hampton Inn has always had a very nice breakfast at all locations, coffee in room is not as acceptable.

When I made reservation I was not aware of renovation. They did notify me later but area was full of dust and probably would have been better to have cancelled my reservation if I had known it would be like this.

one last day about 9am the door suddenly opened. it was the maid. she didn’t knock just opened the door.

Only one elevator working and something slippery was on the floor of the elevator making it a fall hazard.
