Location

Staying over for a work conference to be closer to location and had 3 people arriving at different times. Let first 2 check in no problem but wouldn't let the 3rd person who arrived after midnight. So she had to sleep in her car after driving for hours. The desk didn't attempt to call the room already checked in or let her come up to the room to obtain the key to her room. Was told she couldn't go up despite having the reservation confirmation code and pin and desk was aware of a third party coming.

The facility was clean and the check-in staff (Robin) was hospitable.

At check in Robin asked how I wished to make my payment. I provided her My BOA credit Card as I didn't wish to utilize my Discover Card (the card I made the reservation on). My reason for mentioning this? What if I didn't have sufficient funds to cover the cost. I realized this when I received the alert on my phone. Otherwise, the service was good. Just remind the staff to pay attention. Thank you 🌷

Love the location being near everything I needed gas,food, clothing

Only thing keeping our review from being excellent was the layout of the roomIt appeared the room had had two queen beds replaced with a king. This left a large empty space on one side of the room. The room also only had one chair at the desk so no place to sit and watch TV. A small couch would have been perfect!

Room 416 bathroom door wouldn't stay open and the shower needs mold removal.

Best hotel I've stayed at in awhile!! The bathroom needs a little more attention to detail but other then that the staff is very exceptional and polite!!

The breakfast was OK like any other hotel that offers breakfast but that's not a big deal to me as I typically only have coffee in the morning.

Friendly staff, quiet, nice location, easy access to shopping and the interstate, comfy beds

We found what appeared to be pet hair in our sheets. I understand it’s a pet friendly hotel but rooms that have pets need to be cleaned more thoroughly. The bathroom ceiling had mold because the fan was not working well. Needs to be maintained and cleaned.

location to family visiting. breakfast was pretty good.

pool was closed for maintenance in the middle of the day. that should be done before or after pool open hours. need better pillows. customer service non existent. had to wait several minutes for someone to show up to check in. never saw anyone there afterwards when going in and out. at check out there’s a note to leave your key and receipt will be emailed.

The room had cob webs, the rug was moist, the air conditioner unit was old and the AC controller was hanging off a nail on one end. We canceled our 3 day stay and check in to a different hotel.
