Location is convenient to Ft Sill and some shopping and eats. We were able to have our dog with us. Bed mattress was okay.

This hotel has gone down in quality. Our room was NOTHING like the photos - bedding was old, cheap brown fuzzy blanket on beds, bathroom clean but old. Dark depressing room in browns and old brown furniture. "Kitchenette" was absolutely bare - no coffee maker or packets, no mugs, no tea, no flatware or dishes etc. Yes, you can ask for some things at the desk but that is so inconvenient just to have a cup of tea...and of course there IS no tea at the hotel for sale or complimentary. I arrived later in the evening and just wanted a cuppa tea or coffee, expecting there to be some for guests - other hotels always have it available on a coffee bar - but not here. The business center was closed & locked, and I needed to use it for house-hunting and other tasks; when I asked about it they said IHG shut it down during Co-vid and never reopened it...why they don't know (or care apparently since pandemic is past). Desk staff was mostly nice but for a female night person. The "store" is sad and the "breakfast" also - cheap gummy muffins in wrappers, cheap granola bars, and finally the coffee/tea appeared for 3 whole hours from 6-9a.m. Dog area was filthy with poo as were all other grassy areas; we walked our dog farther away.

First the price was great. Staff was friendly. The room was so big and had all the conveniences of home, bed was comfortable. Morning Coffee was good

Bed was so hard and uncomfortable. Sink was dirty when got in. Phone on desk instead by bed. Could use list of local places to eat.

The rooms were clean. We even had a full kitchenett and the staff was very freindly.

The breakfast was only oatmeal and muffins. Im diabetic, as is half of americans, a more diverse breakfast with diabetic freindly options
