The staff was great

The pool was closed but was advertised as if it was pool has been down for months, only 1 functioning door after hrs that was not main entrance, if no one was at the front desk after hours then you’re locked out unless you walk far to the back to the 1 functioning door

Rhee tire stay, the rooms aren’t clean enough for my standard it was quite disgusting. smell, dog etc just yuck

Hallways and workout room didn’t have AC on. The emergency door nearest our room wasn’t working and wasn’t fixed during our stay.

My room was not ready at check in 3:30pm? return to room at 12:30am room still not CLEAN??????? Night Manager clean a room for me got to bed at 1:45am?????

I arrived at 2:55 and the room still wasn’t ready. I was about to leave and all of a sudden a room opened up as I was walking out. The floors were sticky, and when taking a shower black was coming off the bottom of my feet from how dirty the floors were. I pulled out the mattress and the mattress itself smelt like dog, a really strong odor. The lady at the front did bring a mattress, but let me tell you she was EXTREMELY rude. She threw the mattress down aggressively and it hit the table and the table moved atleast 2 feet. Her whole demeanor was just very rude and I felt uncomfortable, she didn’t say one word, just slamming the mattresses around. I would never stay here again.

Breakfast was average.

Twice while eating, people walked through with animals, was not aware the hotel was pet friendly. This trip was an emergency, future booking will be done differently.

The front desk staff did not give us the room we reserved. We reserved two queen beds they gave us a King bed. Also the door wouldn't lock so we had to put chairs by the door so we could hear someone if they tried to enter. They fixed the lock the next morning but they still hesitated to give us two queen beds until I explained that my husband had PTSD and we really needed two beds. I shouldn't have had to explain to strangers why I needed the two beds that I reserved in the first place.

Location

When you have to explain to total strangers at the front desk why you need two queen beds that you booked instead of the king room that they gave you because your husband is a disabled veteran with PTSD and they had no intention of giving us until we told them the problem even though we booked two queen beds, there is a problem. It was non of there business why we booked two queen beds. we should have gotten what we reserved. they were confirmed. I blame Booking.com and Hilton, but most of all i blaimn Hilton. What kind of hotel are they running.

The night desk clerk was rude. She miskeyed our room and would not accept responsibility for the error. After being tired from a long drive we had to park in the rear of the hotel. After unloading the cart the key would not open the outside door. She told us we turned the handle the wrong way. When I told her the key card wouldn't work she informed me I must have deleted the strip when I carried the card near my phone. When I told her it was no where near my phone she ignored me. I had to ask her to rekey the card. When we got to our room it was not what we had booked. We returned to the desk and she said it was her Supervisor's fault and that she couldn't see if the rooms had tubs or showers. We specifically booked two queens and a bathtub. She did offer to show us another room to see if it had a tub. She told us there were no rooms with two queens available. We checked the room offered for a tub, so we accepted it. The leather on the chairs had all flaked off and the handicap bar for the tub was half detached from the wall causing a safety hazard. We reported all this to the supervisor upon check out. By far the worst customer service and room ever encountered at a Hilton property. For the price it was an awful experience.

The location was good and desk staff was friendly.

Beds were very hard and breakfast was disappointing; 3 apples and all of them bruised up.
