Room service every day was very appreciated. Hallways were well-lit and clean. the room was nicely furnished, although the light bulb in a floor lamp (Rm. 202) was missing. Also handicap parking was always available, even at times of high use - like Friday & Saturday evenings.

The outside was trashy. A lot of cigarette butts everywhere, and exterior maintenance seems to be a low priority. Also, the sitting area in the lobby was cordoned off most days, with no explanation. And without explanation, our room keys were de-commissioned a day early.

I like the location the large parking lot for larger cars and trucks close to NYC I like the price very reasonable

A lot of pot smokers so it smell of pot in the haalways

the reception was rude that we left and did not stay, he told that my 5 year daughter can not stay with me in my room. the room was booked but too many rules and policy but behavior of the reception was not acceptable at all. we left the hotel at 11 pm with my kids and went to another hotel
