This facility is not at all what i expected would never stay here again

The room smelt horrible there where stains on every rug they don’t shampoo the rugs. They don’t have vending machines nowhere in the building but say it on ever floor false advertisement. The toilet seats had pee on them it was a very horrible stay. I had to leave my room right before the ball dropped because a fire alarm went off due to people smoking in their room just horrible and the room service was horrible they say room service but tell you to come down and get it. Also the room was damaged holes in the dresser and cracks on the night stands

No heat! Notified the front desk and Was told a manager would call me. Never got a call and spent the whole night freezing. Next day went back down to file a complaint and a line of other guests had the same issue and no manager ever called any of the guests back. Tried to get a refund but the receptionist personnel couldn’t assist with any refunds. All she said was a manager would call. NEVER got a call even after leaving the location. Not worth staying there.

Horrible parking. Busted elevator. Mediocre rooms. My family was displaced due to a house fire. Our FIRST NIGHT there we were evacuated by other guests due to the fire alarms blaring through the whole hotel. My kids were horrified, screaming at the top of their lungs and the inconsiderate, rude staff would not tell us what was going on nor did they even have the decency to evacuateus. I rushed outside with my 11 month old baby who had ONLY A ONESIE ON. The fire department came and everything an NOBODY TOLD US WHAT WAS GOING ON. The rude staff would not compensate us for the first night that my kids were so traumatized by we had to find another hotel. They still have not refunded our money and will not refund us for the first night that they WOULD HAVE LEFT US IN A EVACUATED BUILDING FOR!!! The staff is not empathetic, rude and unprofessional. Save your money AND DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!! THERE IS NOTHING SPECIAL ABOUT IT, THEY DONT SERVE BREAKFAST AND THEY DONT EVEN HAVE THE DECENCY TO EVACUATE THEIR GUESTS IN THE EVENT OF A FIRE. THEY WILL LET YOU DIE AND KEEP YOUR MONEY!
