The Hotel location was the key factor in selecting. The photos on the website aren't current. The front desk worker was absolutely amazing and the only reason we stayed after initial check in.

The whole hotel on the upper floors and elevators has an extreme unsavory SMELL like Old Rotten, just funky. We were placed on the 6th floor, and the room was dirty upon arrival and not filled with the requests I had made at the time of booking. I called Front desk and was told that they didn't know I had made those requests as I booked with Booking.com. However, I did receive an email stating they would be met from the Hilton Garden Inn. The request was to have extra blankets, toilet paper, and a view of The Basketball Hall of Fame. We then were placed in another room which was not any better there were black spots on the ceiling, shower drain didn't plug, wall paper loose, a hole in the wall near the bed, fridge had wet dirty wood and mold forming on the wood that houses the fridge. Based on how exhausted we were from traveling from out of state I didn't even bother to ask a third time to be switched as it was my child's 11th birthday and had all three of my babies for this special day. Lastly, the food they offer is not worth the price to have as a continental breakfast it was Luke warm, and even if you place an order lack luster. I would recommend staying at Hampton Inn across the street or another establishment if your visiting the Basketball Hall of Fame. I did express all of this to the Hilton Garden Inn and no contact has been made on their end to rectify or even provide the nights stay back to me as I requested for the unsatisfactory experience they provided. HILTON really dropped the ball on this and the whole establishment needs a deep cleaning / face lift in the inside.

Underwear under bed. Stains on floor and sheets. Microwave doesn't work.

No problem with checking in or checking out. Parking was good, did have handicapped Parking. The room did have all the amenities it was said was available.

Doesn't have a included breakfast, and everything cost extra. Has very loud entertainment on Saturday night.

I love the cleanliness. I love the pool. I love the gym. I also, love that there was a business center. Everyone was very nice.

The bed in my room was super worn out. I had back pains. It sunked in the middle. Also, the toilet was going to over flow and I asked for someone to please fix it and noone came to fix it.

The hotel was amazing but booking.com is terrible and i will never use again and will warn others

The property was clean, updated, and had a nice lobby. The bed was also quite comfortable. We also loved they are pet friendly! We were able to sit in the lobby with our friends and play cards with our pups sitting beside us. The staff was friendly and pleasant to everyone.

Breakfast was not included and was expensive. Also, there were a ton of children, and the room next to us had a loud family that refused to quiet down, even after we tried knocking. We could hear them talking and playing with their shrieking kids until past 1am.
