the wonderful bed!! I slept like a rock!! Breakfast was very good as well. People and service were wonderful.

I didn't like on the last morning a cockroach on the bathroom mirror and the smell of pot when I got off the elevator.

Close to stores within walking distance to most things you’d want while traveling

We had roaches partying in the bathroom all night. I got up in the middle of the night and the bathroom was covered in roaches.

Very quiet, nice location could walk to eat.

They were under renovation but we got a new room, only thing wrong was no place in shower to put your soap or shampoo.

The only complaint was the pillows. they are small, and require 3-4 to even get comfortable. thankfully, I always bring my own pillows, but my kids weren’t very happy with them

very clean and bed was super comfortable

staff was not that friendly, head down, when entering the building, it was late at night and early in the morning

Lady at desk had an ear pod in talking to someone while checking me in I had to fix my toilet so it flushed and the shower door didn't close all the way.

My air conditioner didn’t seem to be working very well.it ran, and made cool air, but it didn’t seem to be doing a good job of dehumidifying the room. in fact I think there are spots of mold growing on the ceiling.

Breakfast was the only plus for this visit. Plenty of hot food options.

1. Condition of hotel is poor/fair. 2. Cleanliness is poor. 3. Bathroom is very small. 4. Went to bathroom around 3am, turned on light, greeted by several roaches of various sizes. 5. Booked for 3 nights, checked out the first morning. Moved to another hotel in area, that stay was great all around. 6. This hotel has seen its better days. Understand financial considerations are likely the main reason for the outdated condition. 7. Lastly, the hotel desk representative was inattentive and lackadaisical in her duties. Anyone could have walked in to do harm, and she would have been totally unaware. This was very concerning. 8. Would rate as 2 of a possible 10 based solely on the comfort of the bed and the breakfast.

The staff was great

The room was wet and smelled like mold. The whole floor was wet. Then the toilet flooded. I requested to change rooms and the lady in the front was nice enough to move my room. The other room was half decent. It was just a big inconvenience. Made my weekend stay horrible.
