Clean, amazing location, quiet, safe neighborhood, great breakfast.

Location, large room and balcony ( for a bit more money we upgraded to a room with a balcony and an amazing view of Manhattan)

Rugs - though seemed new, it seems better without rugs- maybe a wooden floor? Seems healthier! The balcony was wonderful- a screen door can add a lot more! Against bees .. could not leave it open.

angenehm großes Zimmer, sehr gutes Bett. Möglichkeit einen Kaffee zu kochen. Positiv: Kühlschrank vorhanden. Verschiedene Restaurants fußläufig vom Hotel zu erreichen.

We have stayed at this hotel 2x before so the view is nice and free breakfast

The toilet ran all night, the remote control was stuck, the water front view didn’t even sit out the sliding door was broken so it wasn’t good. I inched all night I believe the sheet wasn’t changed I have high allergies and know when something is clean. When we told the front desk nothing was done the next day. When the manager called she didn’t even apologize and said because we didn’t say something on the middle of the night on our wedding anniversary mind you she could refund anything!

Flooding when it rains. To the point your car will be under water and you will wade in a foot of water to get in and out of the hotel. They offered no compensation at all. My clothes were soaked, shoes ruined and they couldn't care less. Ruined my weekend. Note this was the only flooded out area in the plaza. It is close to a strip mall. The lots flow into one another. The stores were fine. There was no forewarning this can happen either. No "do not park here during rain" signs. "Possibly flooding" etc. It was a saftey hazzard walking into the hotel because you have no idea whats in the water or where walkways, landscapeing or steps are. No cones were put out and no wet floor signs inside the hotel. There could have been electrical hazzards or more. They refused to refund us our money and offer no empathy or compensation what so ever. I should have suspended something because they have air freshener pumping through the hotel. I guessing to hide the mildew smell. My husband immediately had a reaction when we got there but I thought maybe he was getting a cold. This "cold" cleared up as soon as we left. Consumer beware! for $262 PLUS a $100 hold on my credit card for possible damages I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
