No air condition in room and tv was not working.
ceiling had alot of cob webs on it.

My daughter &I traveled together. Our room had 2 beds with separate areas - I would describe as semiprivate.
New carpet was being installed in the first floor hallway. The ice machine was at the end of the hall. Not a big deal.

Staff was awesome!
Remodeled, nice room. Just did not like having to stuff a bath towel under the room door to prevent cold air from blowing across the floor while sitting at the desk working. Other than that it was a good stay!

First room we were given was not what I reserved. I reserved 2 queen beds. First room was a single King bed. As this was not acceptable I returned to the desk and demanded a room that fit with my reservation.

Wrong pictures very icy road I slipped and fell in the parking lot . U could see thur the windows. I would never come here again

A couple of the outlets didn't work in the room, including the bathroom one. A couple others were loose so that what we plugged in didn't stay plugged in. Breakfast was okay, waffle mix was gone by nine so we missed that.

Receptionist asked me if I wanted a 1st or 2nd floor room. Since I had 3 pieces of luggage, it was so much easier staying on the 1st floor.

You did not give us the rooms we paid for and we will be following up. We were supposed to have queen suites with sofa beds and there were no sofas, which was inconvenient and a hardship for two nights. Front desk staff was unresponsive and not helpful.

Location to the airport was good.
It was very noisy from the hall as if the doors were hollow.
