sheets and comforter had cigarette holes in them and it was a non smoking room place needs renovated

Thinking i was gonna have a night with my husband alone but that didnt get to because booking held the money even tho we were good but i wasnt suppose to pay til i got there. Love the hotel which is why i booked it.

That i didnt get to get stay there and id really qt least like q discounted or free room for the inconvenience i was looking forward to this so bad.

Nothing.

They couldn't accommodate my handicapped family member. Had no elevator and no rooms on the first floor. I didn't need a handicapped room. Gave me a hard time then refunded the cash payment but then CHARGED MY CARD for the night I DIDNT STAY. can anyone say DISABILITIES ACT? Bunch of yellow tape/construction stuff on the interior. Only had a small slot to do business through....locked door. Lady kept walking away. She was very rude practically threw my money at me. Don't stay here...

The only thing I liked was the location.

I did not like the breakfast: very little food and very limited choices compared to other Super 8s I visited in the past. The room was dirty and there were things broken in there or not working properly: hole in the bathroom door, cracked and leaky sink, the door was not closing properly, the vanity was coming off the wall and the bed squaked. And the floors were filthy!

Room was clean

Front desk person messed up our reservation and mixed us up with someone else. There was no vacancy and we had a confirmed reservation. Luckily he gave us the room of the other person. At first he appeared complacent. With some persistence, it worked out.

2 beds is about it

for 145 it should have been so much more

We got a handicapped room, and it was spacious and had ample grab bars in the bathroom.

Sheets were stained and had holes. Towels were stained, rough and way past time to replace. No bath mat offered. Even though there were grab bars in and around the tub, the tub was too tall for my mother to get into to shower. The room overall did not appear to be cleaned well.

I liked Nothing about my last visit I will never stay there again .

I didnt like the fact that the 1st room they gave me had a construction worker taking a crap in the bathroom when I get to it . I ask for another room an the door wouldn't shut right .I ask about it an they said I had to pickup on UT an slam it around to get it to shut an latch .my God I felt so unsafe .
