An absolute gem out the middle of nowhere… And just below some of the greatest mountain roads for motorcycling. The staff was very well organized, and the building was very well-kept and up-to-date.
There really wasn't very much that I just liked about this property… It's a very well-maintained facility with a incredible staff… The rooms are an absolute comfort to sleep in and are very clean

This hotel is dated and we were worried it would be noisy, but it was fairly quiet. The bed was not great, but it was comfortable enough. What impressed me was the staff and the cleanliness. The staff clearly takes pride in their work, which shows in how the clean the lobby and breakfast room were kept, and how nicely this hotel is decorated.
This hotel is correctly priced. It is a pass-through hotel but the staff makes it a place I would stay again for an over-night.

Breakfast had a nice selection and the staff were extremely helpful, especially with the wifi.

Room was fine and would give a positive review if they had refunded the pet deposit.
Kept pet deposit even though we only stayed 4 hrs in the room and my dog slept on her own bed in the corner. We walked the room when we left and there were no messes or damage. I'm gonna have to take pictures next time as I had to dispute charges with my bank.

The room was secured with ZIP app, when I arrived at the premises, the clerk wasn't familiar with the ZIP virtual visa card so it was not accepted. I had to figure out another way to pay.

I asked for a non - smoking room , but every night I could smell cigarette smoke and the last night I stayed it was actually Smokey.

The pillows were old and uncomfortable. We have stayed here a few times and the pillows are in need of replacement.

We were disappointed in the brkfst. That for a little higher end place should have a little more or better choices

The room was perfect for our needs. Two Queen beds and the sitting area by the window was very useful and convenient. The housekeeping staff was excellent and we always had clean towels in the bathroom. The beds were maintained and the room was clean.
