The location in Dumas was good, and within easy wallking distance to the highest rated restaurant in the town, 287 Roadhouse. The building was very clean, and the room was comfortable.
We had a king bed room, and a lot of room was left over and not filled with any furniture, that looked a bit odd, and provided no comfortable seating, other than the bed.

Breakfast was a sausage egg biscuit that you put in the microwave yourself. The staff was very nice.
There was deferred maintenance in the room.

It was a convenient location and the staff was very nice.
The room was less that welcoming. Paint is all scuffed up, mirrors had weird spots in them, the sheets were itchy, and when we got ready to leave the next day the water was shut off.

Breakfast was great, plenty of options and tasted good. Felt the hotel was a great value. It was conveniently located for cross-Texas travel, close to major highways. Room was clean and pleasant enough. Staff was friendly.

Breakfast had real eggs folded like an omelette with a slice of cheese in between - LOVE that I have a protien option instead of all the sweets.

Staff was great. Everything was clean.
Due to the construction going on outside on the road that blocks off the front entrance, it would have been helpful to have a note from the hotel telling patrons how to access the property.

Limited but good, and very clean dining area.
No fault of the Inn, but we had some thoughtless guests around us that were very noisy. This was the only thing that made the stay less than perfect. The Inn keepers and cleaning staff were especially helpful with places to eat and with allowing us a late departure time.

Heater was over loud, breakfast was only a muffin and coffee. Oh and a juice machine.
