Everything was great..room, breakfast and the owner even help when we went to our car and the battery had died. Then when he was leaving wish us a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year and then he day and Happy Thanksgiving. Not many that do nowadays. Great experience and made my day. 💕

Not enough parking spaces close to the hotel

The staff were nice and polite. The room was nice, comfortable, orderly, clean, (except for the used tissue behind the bedside table). The bed was big and great. The amenities were good. I was very happy they had an ice machine at the elevator. Breakfast was included.

The WiFi was slow and awful. The air-con was extremely noisy throughout the night and prevented you from hearing the television or having a quiet phone call. The television channel guide had misspellings of channels. The channels listed did not all work e.g. the listed BBC News channel was a MLB holding page. The shower head did not work great and could be replaced.

Clean and comfortable hotel. Good variety at breakfast.

It would be great to have a charger for electric vehicles. There doesn’t seem to be one in Nogales and that would be a big reason to choose one hotel over another.
