Friendly staff, facility always reliable, security guard in early am outside and pretty good breakfast.

All good. It met expectations.

Aside from the great food options. It was clean and well run.

Good location right off I-10, clean and quiet.

Easy to locate off the interstate. Easy check in. Clean. Enough towels for my long hair. The room was not humid like so many hotel rooms.

The location was excellent. I have challenged mobility and a service animal. Everyone was very accomodating.

Breakfast had options and my family did enjoy. Location off the highway is why I chose this property.

At check in the key system was down, so I was escorted to my room, where neither the manager’s key nor the housekeeper’s key worked. I was allowed to enter a king room instead of the double I booked, because this room was at least unlocked so I entered. Got keys to this room later that evening. The toilet had to be repaired. There was noise outside my room from the building behind the property. The batteries in the remote were held in by clear tape. I had another room booked for one night for my family. When my family arrived, I added another room so that I did not need to move as I had a king room. One of the two room had a water soaked floor, so that room had to be changed. The refrigerator cycles very loudly. This may all be normal for this property, but certainly not what I expected.

I love that it was not far from the event that I was attending.

The bed in the room was uncomfortable. The microwave smelled like BBQ. The temp in the room was uncomfortable. Also I booked my room to have a balcony and there was no balcony on any room in the hotel so that was a total misrepresentation. I also feel like the price was too much when there was much renovations that need to be done. Behind the bathroom toilet was a very large brown stain the shower had yellow stains and the pillow case had black markings on the other side if the like the pillows had just been flipped and the pillowcases had not been changed. But for the most part it was quiet and we appreciated that and the breakfast was great! And one more thing the room only had lamps there was no other source of lighting.
