Great location. Breakfast ok.
Entire building was under construction, which was inconvenient. Elevator was out of service, so senior citizens lugged luggage up and down three flights of stairs. No notice given of situation. We arrived at 7:30 and were told we could cancel without penalty at 7:30 on a Friday night. 🙁 Construction work began at 8 a.m. Saturday morning. No pool. No workout room. Parking away from building and entrances blocked/closed during my stay.

The hotel was under construction. I ended up canceling my reservations. It would have been nice to know that renovations were being done to this hotel. No one informed us of the renovations prior to our arrival. This was not a good look. Better communication is needed so customers can make an informed decision.

Rooms were recently renovated, so they were nice. The breakfasts were very nice. And the front desk clerk, Jessica, went above and beyond to solve our issues and made us feel welcomed. She was the best part of our stay.
We discovered upon arrival that the property exterior was being renovated. Unable to park close to entrance and parking lot had been torn up so that we parked on a dirt lot. Our room was on the third floor and the elevator was out of order. Even though we are both in our late seventies we had to carry our luggage up 3 flights of stairs.
The really helpful desk clerk offered to book a room for us at the only other hotel in town or relocate us at another Hampton which was far more expensive and over ten miles away. We opted to stay and we’re able to be moved to a first floor room the next day.
So it worked out in the end, but there was absolutely NO disclosure about the conditions and n advance. If so, we would have booked elsewhere.
I am astounded that this was perceived by Hilton to be acceptable and up to their standards.

No one told us there was construction. Place is a disaster. Ruined my new running shoes in parking lot. It’s all dirt and gravel. Elevator not working no one told us ahead of time. Horrible experience

The staff was amazing. Everyone was truly interested in my plans and meeting my needs.
They failed to tell anyone that they were under construction and that the pool and elevators were out of commission. Also, the bathroom was not as clean as I would have thought it should be. Also, no workout area to use

They shouldnt be open, theyre doing renovations that arent complete. Elevator not working and tried to give me a king room when i booked a double, that was the only room available because of renovatioons not being fully booked, theyre were 3 cars in the parking lot. Not happy at all!

Nothing. The property is under renovation. The elevator was not working and the only available rooms were on the third floor. we had to cancel our reservation as it was impossible to climb the stairs to the third floor. We had to call the Hampton in downtown Greenville to see if they had a room available which they did. Please advise people of the above.
No elevator. Hotel under renovations. Dust and dirt everywhere. Front desk person could not be understood.

When I arrived there was construction work going on which I wasn't informed about prior to my arrival. The elevator wasn't working so my luggage need to be carried up the stairways. To be fair the concierge offered to assist.

Breakfast was okay.
I wouldn’t have stayed there if I had been informed about the construction. I feel that I was charged too much as a result. Dirty windows and carpet. Elevator didn’t work. I was disappointed.

Very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Friendly staff. good breakfast. very convenient location for us as we were visiting family for the Holidays. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice lobby for having our dinner, clean rooms with comfortable beds, close to the airport and nice neighborhood to walk in nearby. Also very friendly desk.

Front desk associates were nice
Weekday breakfast attended did not keep food or coffee filled she act like she didn't want to be there. Shower was not the one we seen in the picture for the room we booked. Water pressure was very low also when showering water went all over the floor. Very little channels on the television.

We really liked how clean and well kept this property was. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was the best sleep we had on this trip.
Traffic noise was a bit of a problem, especially early in the morning.
