It was very clean. Close to our granddaughter’s graduation at USC-Sumter.
The beds were uncomfortable. This was the worst mattress I have ever slept on at a Hampton Inn. I have stayed at Hampton Inns many times and choose them for their comfortable beds because I have fibromyalgia. The mattresses in room 325 are horrible and not up to Hilton standards. I had trouble falling asleep and staying asleep because of hip and back pain caused by the hard mattress. A terrible night for me.
When we arrived at the front desk we had to ring the counter bell. Heaven, was slow to come out from the back, was not friendly, and sounded like a robot as she gave hotel instructions. Not a good beginning to our stay.
The in-room coffee service did not have coffee stirrers. The coffee tastes bad as it is, but the half teaspoon of sugar in the napkin package was pathetic, and not enough for the size of cup offered. I’m not sure if this is how all Hampton Inn in-room coffee service is or if it is just this hotel. Very disappointed as my husband and I prefer having coffee in our room instead of going down for breakfast.

Staff was very nice and friendly. Megan was helpful with anything extra we needed during our stay. Hotel was very clean, beds were comfortable. Will definitely book here again on our next trip.

the property was great. there was no extra outside noise except for the other doors slamming shut. Great breakfast. It was very clean. housekeeping was very kind. everything worked like it was suppose to.
the beds were horrible. they where very uncomfortable. if you like hard beds you will love it there but my back was hurting the first night. I tried using pillows to put some height behind my head so I wouldn’t be so flat but my head just sunk in all four pillows. that did not help at all. it was torture. the hotel was amazing those beds were not.
