The pool is great

Arrived at noon was a little disappointed that restaurant was not open for lunch or dinner. Was invited out to breakfast so could not try the Sunday brunch. Happy that rooms were connecting as requested. Grandkids loved the pool been by the Sheraton many times over the years was very impressed would like to stay again. Pricy for March though

Restaurant not open for lunch or dinner since it was a chilly wet day in March would have like to eat there. Glad pizza could b delivered

They put me in a room surrounded by hockey tournament teenagers that were running up and down the hallways, not sure where the parents were at. The FD did send someone up to quiet things a bit. They took over the whole pool!!!

It was located in a beautiful area. The room was very clean.

It was very expensive. I really felt the buffet breakfast should’ve been included in the room charge. When we arrived we walked into a lot of noise. The room in the lobby was loaded with kids and adults. I had a very difficult hearing the gentleman at the desk. I commented that it was hard to hear and he said there are always parties going on. He was very nice about looking to see if there was any NyQuil for my husband but they were sold out. He really didn’t offer a lot of , information, ie internet, etc., but when we got the room there was a typed up sheet next to the television. We had room with a view of the pool and it was very loud. But as it got closer to 9:00 everything got quiet. I feel for the price we paid we should’ve received more.

The toilets in the rooms are not ADA compliant and therefore can be dangerous.

The Television was not working.

For that high price just for sleep- 20 dollars for breakfast. Horrible Also 1 bottle water for 2 people.

The room was huge but only a desk for counter space.

The hallway smelled of cigarettes. We found only one elevator near the indoor pool so subsequently had to lug our bags to the second floor.

Breakfast was good. Opted for fruit with my eggs which was very good.

The room was clean and spacious. Easy to move around.

The king bed was too soft and sank while sleeping on it. My head was lower than my body.
