The room was comfortable. I love the cinnamon rolls.

They charged me a $25 incidental fee. I didn't like that. It was refunded in a few days. I still don't agree. They had my Amex card and there was no way they were going to lose any money. It would be a deal breaker for me if that continued. There were other hotels right next door.

Breakfast was nice. Area very clean. Staff was cheerful and accommodating.

Price was a little steep.

The Hampton brand seems going down, staff still good, but facilities need update and repair.

The room I was in was paper thin and I could hear the person in the next room talk and every movement he had. It might have been because it was an attached suite I suppose but none the less it was not very enjoyable

Wheat toast, bagels were good but a bit hard coffee was good. Baked cookies at night was good

Better than Holiday Inn Express. They pay attention to our reservation and got a roll up bed as requested.

Clean Room

The presentation of the breakfast bar with a variety of breakfast items was great. Typically, hotels offer simply a continental breakfast and not enticing especially when you have a long day ahead of you. The staff was so friendly and the breakfast area was soooo welcoming. The gym area was a plus even though there was no time to partake.
