location was OK, but neither in the area of restaurants or any other attractions. Not close to anything.

Breakfast? Poor copy of super 8. Understaffed. Poor food selection. When I checked in and lugged stuff to room found it was not cleaned; Tried to call the lobby on the room phone but the phone did not work. Finally reached lobby on my cell and was promised a key to another room would be sent up. Long time later, key arrived, but this room too was uncleaned. Long pause until a third attempt (on another floor) and a cleaned room was found. I could have stayed next door at the cheap hotel for half the price (and maybe gotten a room on the first attempt).

vent in bathroom was extremely dirty with huge checks of grey fluff/gunk. Told front desk and they said they would make a note, even after showing them a picture

Comfortable bed. Spacious room. Good TV.

Construction noise starting at 8 right outside my window. Hotel was less than half full so staff should have made an effort to fill the rooms away from the noise first like on the back side and/or higher floor.
