I booked the room here because you had a pool, when I got there it was closed. No eggs at breakfast

Everything was good cept the pool was closed and that was the main reason we stayed there was so my son can swim but that didn’t happen other then that was good nice clean and bees was good

We have stayed at the Red Lion in Kalispell for years before an early morning flight out of Glacier Airport. There was always free parking and shuttle service to and from the airport. With this new ownership there is no longer free parking and they charged me $15 per day to park in their empty parking lot. There was no mention of new parking policy on their web site, it I knew of the change I would not have booked with them. I gave my information about the return shuttle and had to reaffirm all information twice while I was on my trip. There are better deals elsewhere.

The location is central and has free parking and Wi-Fi. We enjoyed the pool and the courtyard is nice.

We have stayed here in the past but haven’t been for a few years. I remember it being clean and quite nice, we were surprised to see that it’s become a bit run down since then. The hallways were dark and dingy. The carpet in our room seemed grubby and in need of cleaning. Bathroom was small. Towels were small and scratchy. Beds were listed as queens but seem to be only a bit larger than a double.

Fix the ice machine. Fix the exhaust fan in the the bathroom. Could really use carpet cleaned and maybe updated. There was a huge nasty stain in the hallway. Better drapes to close out light. Toilet need to be able to flush better and taller.

long long hallways with stairs/elevators an strange nonconvenient locations. Not centralized to the lobby even. no direction on where they were either, we circled the first floor for what felt like forever till we found it. Made getting our things in and out of our room a pain.
