Great location and shuttle service included is a plus. Shuttle driver was super nice.
Room 219 tile floor in the kitchen had some bad cracks and partially loose. Small crack in tile near sink in bathroom. AC units outside the window were loud. The guy at the front desk tried to charge me 3 times. Only reason I know is my bank contacted me to verify the attempts. I have stayed at this location numerous times and never had issues before.

We love this place!! Staff is so helpful and place is so comfortable and warming. Hot tub and rooms are great! Breakfast is always great as well. We stay every 2 weeks when we are in town for doctors visits and business.
Haven't found a dislike yet.

It was set back from the highway
They let a party continue outside our room until 1am.Was suppose to have stopped by 11.

It was very easy to find, the room was very clean and nice size for price! And free hot breakfast was great!
Pillows were a bit thin and not a medium firmness.

Breakfast was better than most, with "real" food instead of just cereal & stale muffins.
Found several ants in the room in multiple spots. I assume the dry & hot climate has insects seeking alternative food sources.

Breakfast was a hit for my crew. Variety of options. Recommending this hotel to my friends and family. We will stay here again. Til next time, thank you for a great stay.

The staff is always very friendly and super helpful. I love that they have a van to take you to Cynthia in Woods and I also love that they have a free breakfast in the morning. It’s always very good. I will most likely definitely stay there again.

The hot breakfast was great! They had variety everyday (different egg, meat, and potato option).
The free wifi kicked me out about once every 2 hrs for 4 days. That gets really annoying very quickly.

Checkin was easy!
Kind of out dated,but the room was clean and ready for us. Only issue was we suspect that housekeeping just walked in our room while sleeping by the time we got out of the bed they were gone. No knocking just walked in.

The morning staff early morning at 7 she was not friendly basically sounded like I was annoying her with my questions. But the lady that took care of me during check in was sweet nice and attentive.

Not enough bathroom space. Area outside the bathroom was a little inconvenient especially if you forgot to take your towel with you.

The room was fantastic. It was large, clean and comfortable. More like a small apartment really. The wifi was also very good and there was even a office desk available to be used. Also a great bed.
