The staff was very rude and yelled obscenities at me and refused me to stay in room because claim my name didn’t match the reservation when I am the only person on the reservation paid with card with my name on it and also checked in with my id. They are unprofessional with their check in process and rude the guy at desk didn’t even allow me to show my id or booking information just yelled me to get out of room so I did leave but will not recommend anyone to stay here

That the bed was comfortable. The place was well lite.

The staff was rude, they didn’t like that we booked through you guys because it was considered “cheap” and not what they normally charged. The towels were stained. The bathroom was dirty. The room smelled like urine and there were women of the night working. The walls were thin. The sheets had stains and other peoples dead skin….it was so gross. We had to leave!!!

No pool, no breakfast, smells like drugs, rooms dirty, fixtures fallen off walls, exterior door lock don't work. False advertising on this facility!!

The price was the only good thing about it but now I know why.

As soon as you pull up the trash cans by the entrance doors were overflowing with trash. But seeing that there were some questionable guys standing at the end of the building we just rushed to our room. Made it to the room door and it was loose so you had to pull it towards you for the card to read. Get inside the room and the fire alarm is covered up with a plastic grocery bag guess thats what made it a smoking room. The peep hole in the door was broken out of it and they had shoved toilet paper in it. Thank goodness we were on the second floor cause our window was broken and would not lock. We finally get ready for bed to find out that neither of the beds had blankets all that was on them was a fitted sheet and a sheet! Every time we left the room and came back we had to go get a new key cause the ones we had would not work? Just not a clean/safe environment. I choose it since it was convenient location to my family but I will never stay again.

Bed was lumpy and sank in the middle. Shower was gross. Stains on floor and wall. Desk clerk was very rude. Hotel smelled like drugs/weed. Pool was filled with dirt. Vending machine did not work. This place should be closed down!!!
