The breakfast was as advertised.
The transfer of noise from the hallway and outside was not severe, but enough to affect your sleep.

I’ve been to this property several times in the past. The rates are fair and normally great service. I absolutely love the shower and hot water. I love that there is a fridge as well. Breakfast was okay, but I have definitely had better.
When we first arrived, there were people stomping through the halls on the floor above us. I could see that being a problem for some people! I also did not like the fact that some of the lights nor the TV in our room did not work. I am also upset with the bedding on the beds as the sheets did not even stay on the bed. The bed was comfortable, but to make the bed comfortable there was a small comforter under the sheet which would bunch up and be annoying. I also was not satisfied with the cleaning! I have a 15 month old daughter, and we found an ibuprofen pill AND sock under the lip of the bed… I am THANKFUL my husband found the pill first!

Super friendly staff, were super helpful with other guests being noisy , and with finding a room on short notice twice now

It was clean in the room and the front desk staff was very friendly.
The microwave didn't work and the fridge was being defrosted. The whole freezer portion was completely frozen over. We only stayed one night so it wasn't unbearable and the front desk staff came and switched out the microwave with our help.

We tried to check in at 2:30, however waiting for over 15 minutes until we just got frustrated and left. The initial woman at the reception desk was nice when we got back in around 3:30pm. She did however, just spray the room when I told her our room stunk like cigarette smoke vs. offering a clean room.
The room stunk like smoke, I reported it and was remedied by "spraying it" with air freshener that was potentially worse. The curtains were filthy. The outlets did not work NONE of them! When I went down to the desk to ask for a room change, they did not accept this and said they would "note" it in the system. We were going to a wedding and needed to charge phones, use a hair dryer, and other appliances. The coffee pot wouldn't even work. This was the WORST STAY EVER! The pillows were even 1/2 sized and wrapped in full-size pillows. It was just unbelievable how bad this place was. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! We live on a farm and are not "fancy" people but this stay was sub-par for sure!

No heating or air conditioning, one day did not receive maid service, dirty diaper in hallway, pervasive smell of pot in hallways all three nights of our stay.

Arrive they book guest into room already occupied then offered them a room that had not been cleaned yet. They had to go to my room to verify it was ready. Toilet broken had to reach into tank to flush it. Conditions in room horrible. Charged $100 deposit for using booking.com. even though they had me credit card

The bed mattress was too soft for my liking. The Spectrum cable didn't have major networks.

Good location, somewhat private. Loved the waffle maker. Missed not having hot water for tea but maybe it was there & I missed it cause I’m not at my best every morning
Hot water for tea. I tried coffe with tons of cream & sugar but it was so very STRONG.

THE ROOM WAS MUSTY, CARPET SMELLED, THE PAINT ON THE WALLS WAS CHPPING OFF AND THE SHEETS WEERE DIRTY

Not really anything except the bed was comfortable.
No one answers the phone. Shower knob was broken. First room we were given was not cleaned and the staff argued with the desk clerk in front of us. Door was difficult to open.
