Breakfast and staff both outstanding! I travel a lot one of the best breakfasts I’ve had!

Staff was wonderful. Like location. Everything appeared to be very clean.

The sight of bedbugs. Bathroom sink drained very slow I reported it to front desk about it. I also traded my dirty towels and washcloths to housekeeping but I guess they forgot to give me my clean ones. It was okay cause I went home early and showered at home

location was great. convenient to everything we needed. breakfast was served hot, and the variety was good. much more than just pastries and coffee. lobby was welcoming and staff was super friendly and helpful. with the exception of the appearance of tiles areas of the room and the chair/ottoman, the room was clean.

recent renovations could have been cleaned up better (ex. dust from tile cutting accumulated in corners near bathtub, paint splatter on bathroom and entry floor made it seem messier than it actually was. the chair/ottoman combo in the room needed a deep clean or replacing, it was very stained and there were stiff areas that seems as if whatever was spilled on it wasn’t removed. under cushion area was very stained and could use a good scrubbing. we did not use that furniture for those reasons.

Not a whole lot. Decent sized TV in the room? That was about it.

Everything just seemed super dirty and run down. Stains all over the bedding, possible bed bugs, the room smelled like stale cigarette smoke, the bathtub had mold and the bottom was so dirty I didn't take a shower while there. Holes in the walls, the chair was disgusting. The air conditioner didn't work, our room was super warm, this coming from someone who stays cold all the time. The pool looked nasty and was out of order. I get it was closed, but at least make it not look like the start of a terrible horror movie. The breakfast was so gross, very over cooked, and everything tasted either freezer burnt, or very stale. The only decent thing to eat were the waffles, which I couldn't eat. Overall, had we not already paid, I would have had my husband to switch hotels to the Hampton Inn or Holiday Inn Express. I am usually pretty generous with my reviews, but this was honestly one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in... and after working on the road and staying in hundreds of different rooms, that says a lot! Staff were pleasant, nothing remarkable about them, but at least they were decent. Definitely need better house keeping, and small renovations could go a long way!

The staff were friendly and the bed was comfortable.

The bed had in-between the sheets human hair and dog hair. The floor had crumbs on the carpet and large dead cricket. The smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling. We couldn't see out the window its was so stained. Over all very poor.

Staff was very friendly. Donna ( Mamma D ) in the breakfast / cafeteria went above and beyond to make sure they was plenty of food for everyone. See is very friendly and an amazing person. Room was clean, we really enjoyed our stay, will stay again.

We were staying during the Summer nights cruise, and felt the price was too high, would definitely like to stay at this Hotel again, but it is hard to afford the price. Would really like to see price come down a little, to were we could afford to stay more often.

The staff tried hard to please. A small maintenance problem was addressed & fixed immediately. Everything (appliances, shower, lights, AC, etc.) worked.

The breakfast had a good variety but the taste was just ok. There has been an attempt to update the room, especially the bathroom. It was obvious because the paint & caulking jobs were sloppy & had a very unprofessional appearance.
