a full breakfast bar wouldve been good

We tried the breakfast but it was not very tasty.

The room was great and so was the staff ,we would stay here again. The breakfast needs improvement.

Staff was incredibly friendly & we did get joined rooms.

Our room was outdated, paint peeling from the walls, fridges didn’t work. No mattress protectors- there was actually popcorn under one of our sheets and the mattresses were very uncomfortable. Carpet was so old, torn, and stained I’m not sure they’ve ever been properly cleaned. Also the bed frame on two of the beds has very sharp bottoms which we all hit our legs on they were just covered with a bed skirt. They have updated the exterior and halls which look nice. Loved having our rooms next to each other but I wouldn’t stay again. We were there for a funeral coming in late from traveling with two children needing to be up early so there wasn’t need to complain until we left.

The front desk lady was wonderful. She was very friendly and talkative. The room was clean and the pool was relaxing.

the pool area is supposed to be heated and the water was cold stayed before and water was hot and room was comfortable

The street noise outside was bad. It was not the hotel’s fault, but a call to the police may have helped.

Breakfast was terrific! Although there was not enough for Saturday until 10:30 am. Very quiet considering the traffic and location.

There is no place to walk the dog. The building needs general maintenance indoors.

I feel the bed was little hard and need larger pillows and your customers need to pick up after their pets.
