Water leaking all over the floor from the refrigerator, sink clogged, shower drain backed up. Shit hole!

I find the location to be perfect. Easily accessible & centrally located yet out of the hustle & bustle of the 10. The complimentary breakfast was plentiful. I was quite taken with the staff.
We checked out on May 22, 2024. There is a $100 .**deposit, ok, i was not told it would take upto a week for it to be returned. How ever, the staff did complete their end on the day of Check out. Having said all of that...my bank has yet to release the temporary hold & still lists it as pending. Had I know there was an option of paying the deposit in cash, I most certainly would have gone that route.

Room was very clean. Small fridge and microwave. Good breakfast buffet. Near freeway. Good for business travelers.

Comfortable, convenient, family friendly but also romantic. Loved the pool! We also enjoyed breakfast. It was fresh and good variety.
Hot tub could have been nicer/larger. Otherwise I have no issues. Everything went well.

Did not get the room that I requested. I am always very specific that I only want a room on the first floor do to my husband medical condition staff was rude my husband did not did well we had a long walk from the elevator to the room. I will never use this facility again

the stay was perfect i highly recommend this holtel i was a great room clean and right by the casino that we we're going to see a comedy show saturday night i was great had a good time didn't have to drive to far

Cheaper than other hotels around, but still over priced for the amenities or lack of and overall appearance
Over all appearance..looked old..drapes from outside did not look inviting..they looked old and shabby. Breakfast area very tight.

It was very nice and clean
The door to in and out of the hotel was right next to are room and everytime someone would use it would slam closed the slow closer hardware was missing or broke

The bathroom was so nice and the room didn’t feel cramped at all. Also the free breakfast was super good!
unfortunately we found the beds very uncomfortable and the consistent warnings about possible theft left us wary and unable to completely relax but we understand why they were there

The staff was very nice and attentive.
My room was near the 2 side doors and the doors are so loud opening and closing that I could not get any sleep.

Everything, it's a good place to stay in I've been there several times before thank you.
It was a nice clean and comfortable place for the night. I usually stay two days but the weather was so bad I didn't want to take a chance trying to fight the weather on the way home.
