Enjoyed the room as it was spacious with a lovely gas fireplace. View of the vineyard from the room was awesome
The pool was not clean and had to complain to get some of it cleaned but it needed additional help as the black algae was throughout.

We opted for the high end rooms and had a beautiful terrace overlooking vineyards. Our room was luxurious. Beautiful bathroom and nice fireplace/tv area in room to chill with wine.

Only had decaf pods for the rooms (but could get proper coffee in reception free of charge)
Pool area could be better. Debris in the pool from trees/bugs needs cleaning out more often. At 40 degrees you need to be in the pool if outside, it wasn’t very enticing. Should also invest in more luxury sun loungers (cabanas were nice), to match the vibe of the rest of the property.

The location and cleaning staff were very friendly.
Was not given any notice of construction during our stay. Unfortunately we were in the main building where it was taking place and the noise level was disturbing. We also did not have hot water for one day and the staff at the front desk didn’t seem to care. We had to take freezing showers for an event and were very unhappy.

Location was easy to get to and there was a nice Italian restaurant with full bar within walking distance
It was under construction (remodeling the building we were in). Parking was impacted during the day with multiple construction worker vehicles and they started working and making noise before 8am

The hotel was under construction while we were there so there were no indoor facilities for breakfast. However they had a lovely assortment of carry and go breakfast food set up outside with coffee and iced water. The staff was very friendly and our room was beautiful. We were on the first level with a patio overlooking a vineyard. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. A gas fireplace, coffee bar with fridge and microwave were great additions to the room

Good location within Napa area. Place was clean. Good parking. Not particularly spacious room but adequate. Decent self-service breakfast.
Close to a major road and we heard the noise of trucks and cars. There were a couple of very loud groups when we were there, especially at the pool where they were drinking vodka. The staff knew about their loudness but didn’t do anything. Eventually everyone else left the pool area, including us.

The hotel charged an additional hotel fee of 40$ per night per room which was not mentioned on booking.com!

I was unsure of the location when we first pulled in...But the hotel was tucked in the shade and snuggled beside a gorgeous vineyard! In fact, our room opened up right onto the sunny side of the vineyard itself! Talk about an Instagram moment! The rooms are gorgeous, as advertised, with amazingly comfortable beds and linens. We were invited to a tasting in the lobby and decided to go before dinner. We met delightfully interesting people at the tasting and enjoyed the talk and the wine very much. Some knew everything about wine and travelled the world, some knew a little about wine and travelled the world :) SENZA was my second choice hotel this trip, and tho I don't get to visit Napa very often, I'm sure I would suggest it to friends and stay there again.

Big rooms, very well heated and comfortable. The hotel itself was pretty.
Wine and cheese night was a nice bonus with a simple breakfast in the morning.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
Located out of town so do need to drive 15mins for shops. Was next to the highway but couldn't hear the noise in room so didn't bother us.
Rooms could have been cleaner, there were some minor marks on walls.

Beautiful place, very nicely laid out. Room was Xtra large. The amenities were fantastic! The breakfast was super!
