The location.

The service is TERRIBLE no one is never at the front desk.. I waiting almost 10 mins for someone to come greet me and check me in and not only where they I’m the back but she was on a personal call ..The next morning I requested for towel and when I and the family got back from swimming and there was no towel in the room no one came to clean up and she same lady who was on another personal call explained that there was no towels available..

spacious, looks like pictures you just get what you pay for.

rusty and moldy bathroom. towels different shades of white and not much attention to detail when it comes to cleanliness. had an old/wet smell.

the cleaning was decent.

the swim access was a little off. the coloring on pool was outdated the water wasn’t full.

You get what you pay for, which is mold. You pay for mold, dirty rooms, and rude guests.

the Indian front desk clerk is very rude! Poor customer service on the phone and in person! If you don’t like your job can’t speak or understand English well then maybe Customer Service/Front Desk Clerk is not for you

The staff that was getting off was nice and friendly

Our flight was delayed and we missed the last connecting flight of the day. While in the baggage pick up, I looked up on line for a nearby hotel with availability and hotel shuttles. I could book Wingate.for a quick night stay. When we got our baggages, I called Wingate and asked where to meet the shattle. The person told me the terminal name and door number. We took a tram to said terminal in 10 minutes. Before we found the door, the driver called my cell and helped me find him. It went very well and I thank them for that.

When we got to your hotel after a very long, stressful day, there was no staff at the reception desk. I rang the bell after a minute and stood there for a few more minutes. One of the staff came in after a while, talking on her cell phone (I think she was talking to a customer). After at least 5 minutes, she apologized for a long call and proceeded to check us in. While she was looking at the screen, she reached and start eating the rest of so called her dinner takeout. My husband and I just looked at each other with a sigh.

Was very surprised that my confirmation with Wingate on 4 March was cancelled without notice. And I was forced to look for another hotel as alternative and having to travel from San Antonio. Very disappointed as this is the first time I experienced throughout the many hotels stayed during my 3 weeks trip
