Breakfast selection was good and the location was great as well.

Had issues with the bathroom toilet at check in. The manager was able to accomodate us the next day which was very helpful. Not sure if the pool was open, but it did not look clean for swimming.

There’s only one elevator for the entire hotel including the housekeeping staff which at times make for a lengthy wait for the elevator. Housekeeping only does light touch cleaning on all days except Thursdays which is full service. Saturdays and Sundays are also light touch if you make a request before 10am to be placed on a list. When I arrived to my room and turned on the bathroom faucet the water came out rust color so I allowed it to run for several minutes and it remained a light stained color throughout my 4 night stay so I used bottled water for brushing. My shower was too hot for me and I was unable to turn the temperature down to make it cooler. I have stayed at Staybridge hotels in other places in the past and this has been the only one where I’ve had a negative stay. I’ll probably use the hotel chain again but definitely not this location
