Family operated, clean, friendly, comfortable pillow top mattress, room quiet as a tomb, fitness room equipment dated but managed a good workout, beautiful indoor pool open 6am so you can get in ahead of the kids, continental breakfast, bathroom big and entirely enjoyable despite 70s colors, I’d stay here again definitely

Paid a little more than usual but it was Jazz Fest weekend

Not the two beds it stated in your advert or in my confirmation. Only one bed.

When I reserved the room, your description in my confirmation said 2 beds. When we arrived, the executive suite had 1 bed. The manager told me it’s booking.com who made a mistake and he actually got rather billigerant. One of us grown men had to sleep on a pull out couch torture bed each night. Not the two beds we expected. We were really dissatisfied and disappointed.

It was very close to the heart of town. The staff was very friendly. They answered all my questions. I felt safe. Parking was perfect, got a spot right in front of my room.

The room smelled upon arrival. The shower water ran brown when I turned it on. The sheets felt very stale, maybe even unwashed. The mouthwash was pre opened.

Close to track and downtown Saratoga.

Rooms were extremely tight for more than 2 adults. Hotel showed it’s age. Rooms had a strange odor. Outdoor pool was not open. Very disappointing for the price.

No ice bucket. Old bath towels small and rough not enough towels. Kinda half renovated
