I think it’s so easy to Moan & Groan about an experience rather than to recognize the effort, for example, that a staff gives for what they have to work with … I so very blessed to say o am well travelled and have been guest to some of the most luxurious and SOUGHT AFTER properties certainly in this country … and whether The Beverly Hills Hotel or the hunk or humble Red Roof in New Britain CT there’s ALWAYS STUFF TO COMPLAIN ABOUT .. let me sun this up quickly : THE STAFF AT THIS PROPERTY for the MOST PART are SUPERIOR … and at the end of the day they go out of their way to comfort guests if needed, provide solutions to small potential unexpected issues and MOST importantly go to great lengths to keep they’re guests satisfied AND SAFE …

It was in a bad part of town, we asked for a non smoking room and a cot. When we got there it was a smoking room with NO cot. The head board on one bed wasn't even on the wall. There were big burn holes on the comforter. We couldn't even stay there with our kids we had to leave and find another place to stay
