We had been kicked out the room at 6:45am since there is alarm. The reason is that staff at the hotel made mistake by released the water pipe.

Sure Stay by Best Western is by far the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had in my life. I booked this hotel last minute for around USD 350 and honestly I wouldn’t even pay USD 20 for the service I received. Upon checking in, the front desk lady gave me a lot of promises that she would talk to her manager about, but I was never contacted. So I went to the front desk everyday for the next two days, just to receive no response and extremely harsh attitudes by the front desk staff. For instance, Alex at the front desk at 8:30 pm was extremely rude and acted like he owned the place. I have visited numerous countries and hotels around the world and my family also runs numerous hotels but if I ever experience the service like I did with Alex, I would re-consider my whole retail industry. Another time I was disrespected within only 2 days of staying there was with Dani, at the front desk. She literally told me to shut up. At that point I was just ready to leave and didn’t want anything to do with the hotel. I HIGHLY suggest you read this review before ever thinking to stay at Sure Stay Mammoth. If there are no other hotels available, I would request you to check out air bnb or other services or just delay your trip because it would just be disappointing to you if you live there. I will never pass by Sure Stay properties again in the world because of the miss-treatment, extremely rude comments, and unhelpful staff.

The front desk night person was very unfriendly. The driveway to the parking lot was iced over and we couldn’t get the car out. He basically said there was nothing he could do about it.

the heaters sounded like quiet lawnmowers when on. jacuzzi was broken the whole time of my stay there and that was a big part of the reason I chose this over a cheaper option

shower was great!! breakfast was complete with hot and cold options. space for breakfast was ample and very quiet - very suitable for a breakfast. staff always very kind and helpful. coffee and hot water available all the time was very nice. parking lot with much space and with underground parking available as well - very convenient!!!

the cleanliness of the room and and bathroom was ok, but the area outside the rooms did not have a good aspect - eg corridors, staircases , parking lot with old carpets and everything seeming dirty, too much garbage in the beginning of each staircase .

Double queen room was spacious and clean. Proximity to parking was great, especially for schlepping ski gear and bags. Free breakfast was plentiful, buffet included eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, bagels, yogurt, fruit and cereal and hot coffee and tea. Beds were extra comfy. Room included mini fridge and microwave. Alex, front desk staff, was extremely helpful and kind. Covered parking was available (great for snow days) but had to ascend stairs to access rooms.

Started out with king room. We were unable to move around in the room because the space between the bed and the built-in furniture was so narrow. King room is only good for 1 person. When I asked about a "no signal" message on the TV, I was told by the front desk person, "I don't know anything about the TVs". It was not a deal-breaker, however darkness falls at 4-4:30pm in the winter and it was below 20 degrees outside. Bring something to read.
