Fitness center - highest setting on stationary bicycle got my heart rate to 80, i.e. no value; no remote control to adjust or turn off TV Heating - unit by window only, no thermostat; the unit was on or off, no gradients; luckily the insulation of the room (40's outside) was good enough to keep the temperature steady with only 2 degrees decline during night Bed - too hard; I had to use an inflatable pillow to pad my hip while sleeping on my side

Location. The rooms are getting shabby but it was still a good night’s rest

They now charge $25 for a pet. Never did before. And you cannot leave your pet alone in your room to enjoy dinner at Gallo‘s restaurant next door. And you cannot take your dog or whatever into the dining area. Nor can you take your food into the lounge which adjoins the dining area. Front desk crew were rude beyond belief. I told the desk clerk that the food bar had run out of hot sauce. It took her 20 minutes to walk back get a bottle of hot sauce and set it back on the breakfast bar. By that time my breakfast was long over. And you would’ve thought I asked her for a kidney. Now how am I supposed to eat breakfast or eat dinner if no one allows my dog anywhere. And she’s a very quiet mixed breed very small dog. And when they charge me $25 for this rudeness. I will never stay here again.

Well lighted and ample handicap parking. Staff were wonderful. Took great care of making GB sure room was truly handicap accessible

Only had white bread. Waffle maker broken. Only one choice of coffee. One choice of muffin. No peanut butter. Location was excellent

Reception desk did not know how to check us in using a Canadian Visa card. Rejected because person did not pass the terminal to me for my PIN. Locked up 2 of my cards. Had to borrow a card from someone else. Communication was very poor
